     .Horses to Hamsters is a family owned petsitting service providing the very best of care for small and large pets during your vacation or business trip.  We've had the privledge of having just about every sort of pet imaginable.  In addition, we are breeders of quality Shetland Sheepdogs(Shelties).  We care for your pets as if they were our very own.  Animals are less stressed when cared for in their own environment and fed their regular diet. We feed your pets on their regular schedule and provide nurturing and stimulation during the visit so that you return home to a happy, healthy, pet. We don't take chances with your pets.  Part of our contract with you is that if we feel your pet is ill and requires immediate attention, we transport or arrange a large animal vet visit for your pet, no matter how busy we are.  Your pets are important to us, we get to know them by name and learn each one's personality.  In addition, your animal may require daily care, medications, injections(i.e... diabetic care)  and we can provide that service for you.  We're experienced in caring for sick and aged animals.  We encourage you to call us anytime and check on your pet if you have concerns or just want to phone us for your peace of mind.  

We also know that security is a major concern when you're away from home and we help by providing security checks on windows and all entrances. We alternate lights, pick-up newspapers, mail, check answering machines and water your plants at no extra charge.   We'll even move your car if you like so that your house looks inhabited.  And if we find anything amiss, we'll follow your instruction to call you personally or notify law enforcement.   We're licensed and bonded for your protection and we keep no keys or security codes on record.  Each time you require service, we'll drop by, pick-up keys and revisit your pet plan.
